I can’t imagine anyone liking regular yogurt more than Greek yogurt. It’s more expensive, but you generally get what you pay for. Greek yogurt, unlike the country it was named after at the moment, is richer, creamier, and more consistent than the regular kind. And Anderson Erickson beats out the competition in all three of those categories. Its texture is more precisely fashioned than some gemstones.
It comes in Almond Creme (my favorite; its just like dessert), Classic, Raspberry, Clementine, Blueberry, Vanilla, and Peach. It’s also gluten-free. Perusing Anderson Erickson’s website, I saw that they keep their menu classic and don’t include any of the fripperies like strawberry milk that other companies are inclined to do. Respect. I haven’t tried anything else of theirs yet, but this is the best yogurt I’ve had ever.
